New Trelleborg – Klaipeda route
From June 9th, 2018 TT-Line will connect Port of Klaipeda (Lithuania) to Trelleborg.
With this new route TT-Line offers additional capacity for the growing trades between Scandinavia, Denmark, Baltic States, Belarus, Ukraine and Russia. Initially we will offer a weekly roundtrip with a RoPax ferry for accompanied and unaccompanied units. By connecting Klaipeda to Trelleborg freight customers will gain the possibility to route their transports via Trelleborg to Lübeck - Travemünde, Rostock and Swinoujscie.
Port of Klaipeda, as the largest RoRo Hub in the Baltic States, offers a highly competitive service, modern infrastructure and excellent access to deep hinterland, e.g. Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus and Russia. By operating a route to Klaipeda, TT-Line consequently connects another major hub in the southern baltic sea to Trelleborg and creates additional value for their customers, when it comes to flexibility and efficiency.
In Trelleborg, Lübeck – Travemünde and Rostock rail connections to all major intermodal terminals are available, e.g. Oslo (NO), Eskilstuna (SE), Duisburg (DE), Ludwigshafen (DE),
Novara and Verona (IT).
